Detox diets

A detox diet typically consists of organic fruit and vegetables, eaten and juiced, to help eliminate toxins and heavy metals. 

There are many variations of a detox diet, some very mild and some quite extreme like a month long water only fast.

If you are just starting out on your detox adventure then start mild, you can start by slowly removing all of the foods that you know are bad for you like processed microwave ready meals and other ‘junk’ food.

Buy organic if you can afford it, even better grow your own food, as much as you can.
